Cuba Libre (Panama)
Cuba Libre · Point-of-Sale Artwork, Panama
The brand was celebrating 30 years with three flavors (Rum & Cola, Piña Colada and Mojito) and needed to stand out at the point of sale in Panama.
Challenge
The brand was celebrating 30 years with three flavors (Rum & Cola, Piña Colada and Mojito) and needed to stand out at the point of sale in Panama. In that setting, the product competes on large-format prints and in refrigerators, where the purchase decision is made in seconds and from a distance.

Strategic decision
Controlling the whole chain, from our own photo shoot to the final artwork. The cans were photographed with real condensation and on the same set for all three flavors, so the artwork was built on consistent photos rather than renders. Each can appears with its flavor’s ingredient (coconut, lime, pineapple) so it can be identified from a distance without reading the label. The water and the blue say “ice cold,” the key message for a drink sold from a refrigerator.

Deliverables
Product photo shoot of the three flavors (RAW + JPG, developed in Lightroom).
Key visual for the line.
